After Microsoft released Windows 11 version 24H2 on 1st October 2024, I start getting reports about Fidelizer failing to generate the key or not working after updates. After investigation, it appeared Microsoft will remove WMIC after updating Windows 11 to version 24H2.

To resolve the incompatibility issue, user needs to re-enable WMIC feature again by opening command prompt as administrator and enter the following command below.

 

DISM /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:WMIC~~~~

 

This command will bring back WMIC and allow Fidelizer to work as designed again. If you have any question, please contact through support channel for assistance.
