Here’s another feedback today from customer using both JPLAY and Audiophile Optimizer. He used to have trouble with drobo storage from esata connection and I helped in fixing his case along with setting up Fidelizer Pro.

Today, I reinstall the windows server 2012 and set SATA in AHCI. Bingo. The esata storage can start every reboot. Now I disable all the services in AO except WMI and I choose Extremist in Fidelizer Pro and JPlay in single pc mode. Now the sound is way better than yesterday I heard from partially optimized system. Thanks for your suggestion.

Thanks to his problems, I learnt that connecting NAS through SATA is better done with AHCI mode. If you plan to reinstall Windows next time, be sure to set SATA mode to AHCI not IDE before installing.

Finally, some feedback from customer using both JPLAY and Audiophile Optimizer. He’s the first customer from Audio Asylum asking about Audiophile Optimizer compatibility. It’s been a few months after his first order and yesterday he ordered another one for another system. Here’s his feedback after months of using Fidelizer Pro.

I had already installed AO1.31b9, JPlay 6, and the latest Minimserver and streamer on my W2012r2 server.  It sounded quite good.  But then installing this latest Fidelizer pro brought it up a whole level in clarity, imaging and depth.  Beautiful!

Thanks to his problems with Audiophile Optimizer, it helped improving Fidelizer’s compatibility with AO a great deal and helped me getting to know about AO and Phil better. It was good experience.

Here’s another feedback today. Looks like there’s still people doing research about digital distortion from system resource allocation these days. Glad to hear that he found Fidelizer as a cure.

Your software is fantastic! I had been having trouble [I thought] with my Yulong DA8 DAC: on certain tracks and especially on Sarah MacLachlan’s “Angel”; there was a terrible distortion on vocal peaks. I discovered through research that this might be caused by Windows resource allocation, which my installation of Fidelizer Pro has decisively proven. Not only has this distortion been completely eradicated, but the digital side of my system sounds far better than it ever had before

Have been testing Fidelizer pro now for two days and I can only say that I am impressed. I am mainly listening through a highly revealing headphone (audeze lcd) system, which was already sounding pretty good, but your software gave a very worthwile improvement. Tonal colors are more natural, the last bit of harshness has dissapeared and it is now very easy to become completely immersed in the musical event. Just beautiful and often breathtaking.

I think this is the first feedback from headphone system explicitly. I’m also Headphile owning K1000/T1/HD650 driving from Bryston BHA-1. I used to own a lot more in past but sold most of them out due to my regret from spending too much on headphone stuff. LCD-2 is also my most preferred cans from Audeze driving best on Rudistor RP-030. I still have it in my place but haven’t settle the deal to be mine completely yet. I’m still reluctant with incapability to drive K1000.
