Here’s another feedback today from a customer ordering Nimitra Classic + Nikola Classic + StreamHub streaming 16x sample rate through WiFi.

Thanks again for going above and beyond; my super high sample rates were a big challenge for you to overcome, and I appreciate all your efforts!

This has been the best customer support I’ve ever had in 40 years in the hobby, Keetakawee.

It was quite a challenge to optimize best possible sound quality with 16x sample rate through WiFi streaming and happy listening. 🙂

I use 2 of your ‘Nikola’ power supplies and one of your Fidelizer network switches in my music systems and I’m running Fidelizer on 2 computers – each of your products has made listening to music so much more enjoyable. Many, many thanks – and keep going x

Here’s a new feedback today from a long time Fidelizer customer since 2014. Shared his journey with Fidelizer products including recent upgrade.

So with the opportunity to add and tune Nimitra/EtherStream/Nikola units over time I ended up with a complete Fidelizer system, benefiting from hardware and software upgrades as Keetakawee gained experience and further optimized designs, and the incredible value of his direct on-line support to resolve installation and upgrade issues plus optimization.

EtherStream2 - Network Switch

 

Here’s a new feedback today. He was reluctant to upgrade his network with EtherStream2 at first due to having optical conversion kit already but decided to give it a shot after listening to my explanation how EtherStream2 can improve his network.

Thanks, It is sounding good out of the box so nice to know it will get even better. I feel like I’m hearing what my dac can really do for the first time!

Here’s a new feedback today from customer who ordered Nimitra + Nikola Signature combo before. He’s pleased to inform improvements with Nimitra2 + Nikola2 combo as below.

We are pleased to report that the audio performance of the Nimitra2 has surpassed our expectations and has elevated our listening experience to another level. The staging and imaging has become extremely precise and has increased in length depth and height. Separation is tremendous and the pace and accuracy have both been incredibly enhanced. Sound is natural and effortless. The gains are significantly more than were expected.
