Here’s a new feedback today from a long time Fidelizer customer since 2014. Shared his journey with Fidelizer products including recent upgrade.

So with the opportunity to add and tune Nimitra/EtherStream/Nikola units over time I ended up with a complete Fidelizer system, benefiting from hardware and software upgrades as Keetakawee gained experience and further optimized designs, and the incredible value of his direct on-line support to resolve installation and upgrade issues plus optimization.

EtherStream - Modification

 

Here’s another feedback today from customer who sent EtherStream to be upgraded to EtherStream+. He shared his feedback after receiving upgraded unit as below.

Hello Keetakawee!

The revitalized Fidelizer arrived safe and sound Monday. I installed it and tested with the same configuration, which included a wired Ethernet to optical Ethernet converter. Really didn’t like the sound. I removed the optical Ethernet component. Sounds spectacular now. Cleaner bass and a more overall definition. Well done!

It seems when network has become really good, removing optical conversion will give even better results. 🙂

EtherStream2 - Network Switch

 

Here’s another feedback today. He ordered EtherStream2 network switch to use with Roon Nucleus and share his impression as below.

First impression is bass. Tightness and control feels like attached to chest.

EtherStream2 - Network Switch

 

Here’s a new feedback today. He was reluctant to upgrade his network with EtherStream2 at first due to having optical conversion kit already but decided to give it a shot after listening to my explanation how EtherStream2 can improve his network.

Thanks, It is sounding good out of the box so nice to know it will get even better. I feel like I’m hearing what my dac can really do for the first time!

After successful launch of EtherStream2 network switch, I received a lot of positive impressions from clients and a few of them also own original EtherStream unit with satisfying improvement from previous version.

However, there are over 300 units of original EtherStream sold before launching EtherStream2 network switch and I don’t want early adopters who’s been supporting Fidelizer products using an obsolete product.

Just like Nimitra, we’re offering EtherStream+ upgrade program with the following changes to make original EtherStream performing at the same level of EtherStream2 with new technologies as below.

 

-Upgraded clock module with more suitable specifications for networked audio improving musicality
-Upgraded capacitors with new tuned value and have better specifications for lower impedance and current leakage
-Upgraded output transformer with high quality EMI/RFI reduction and vibration control sheet for router

 

It’s almost like modifying original EtherStream all over again except resistor part so the whole process will be $179 USD plus shipping. You can ship original EtherStream unit after confirming product and serial number to get your unit upgraded to EtherStream+ version.
