Here’s a new feedback today from iBasso DX200 customer in Indonesia. This is the first feedback from Fidelizer Ultimate Mod project.
Its gettin awesome as it burn in. I cant explain it technically, but this is the best dx200 mod ive heard. Because in indonesia there are few modder that can mod daps too.

After launching Portable Products section for a while, I received some inquiries about DX200 Fidelizer Mod. However, all customers who committed to DX200 Fidelizer Mod ended up ordering whole DX200 unit with Ultimate mod instead.
So I added DX200 Ultimate Mod option for audiophiles who want to pursue the ultimate sound quality improvement. It comes with the following features:
-Fidelizer Advanced ROM
-Over 30 of capacitors upgraded with highest grade of tantalum capacitor
-Clock modules are upgraded high quality ones from Japan for processor and XMOS interface
-Re-designed op-amp implementation in AMP module with completely different set of 6 opamps
-Soft-mute circuit by-pass for purist signal transmission in AMP module

This is truly my masterpiece for DAP modification. It’s the only DAP that can bring true desktop contender performance.
The reason why I received only DX200 Ultimate mod instead of AMP1 is probably from massive sound quality improvement and recommendation to friends. I’m also having another two DX200 units waiting to apply Fidelizer Ultimate Mod too right now.

Just install it yesterday. Good job! it’s much much better with your optimized rom on top of already great sounding DX200. I find that the mango app sound more clean and focus compare to appolo app which sounded more meaty but focus is not as good as mango app.I mainly use in car using the optical output and my car sound system never sounded this good before, ever.
it’s sure worth USD99 even though if could be cheaper as many consumer not as easy as me. I also bought your pc fiderlizer pro previously as well.

Hello everyone. I received a few requests about DX200 2.5.141 update and I have been working on it since released. The reason why it took a while is because I wanted to port 2.3 stuff back since I love sound signature from 2.3 a lot but it all failed lol.
There’s also urgent demand on Fiio X7 and X5iii too so I pushed those releases while trying to port 2.3 stuff. I also have ROM leakage issues which affected my productivity a lot so please don’t leak it so I can fully devote my effort into ROM improvement.

-Revamped MangoPlayer UI with improved user experience
-build.prop tweaks for better video and storage performance and improve battery life

Installation Guide
1. Download Factory Tool provided by Paul http://www.ibasso.com/uploadfiles/download/FactoryTool_v1.39_DX200.zip
2. Turn off DX200
3. Connect DX200 with USB connection to computer while holding play button switch
4. Install Rockchip USB driver included in FactoryTool
5. Open FactoryTool.exe and flash ROM according to instructions provided in DX200 batch tool instruction.doc
