Notification of Terms and Agreement Update

Tonight I did a review on website and found Terms and Agreement are long and inconsistently wrapped. So I decided to revise the context again for the ease of reading and understanding as below:

1. Purchased product shall be used only on the machine that generated fidelizer.key. It will not work on any other machine.
2. Customer may ask to transfer license to a new machine once. Any further request will be regarded as another purchase.
3. A purchased product license will be a single PC license. A discount can be negotiated on higher volumes.
4. You will receive a repository to download products and minor updates when new version arrives.
5. Upgrading to a more advanced version like from “Plus” to “Pro” will pay $30 more instead of $69.95.
6. Upgrading to a new major version costs about 30% of product’s price for both single and multiple licenses purchased.
7. Refund of a product can only be done if the product fails to work after all support and troubleshooting.

Some people who bought more than one license asked me about upgrading cost in future and I’d like to make it clear here that it’ll be 30% of product’s price. No matter how many licenses you have, you’ll pay only for one to upgrade.

Fidelizer 6.10 released – Improving user experience

Next to version 6.9 should be 7.0? Too bad, I can’t leave my customers with unfinished business and here’s version 6.10 fixing some usability issues I found after previous update.

In this version, “Customize” optimization level is now removed for better uses. I revised optimization level acting as preset instead so you can freely select options after choosing optimization level. Now JPLAY users can uncheck OS Timer option without selecting “Customize” first.

I also added added clearing selected music player application when unticking in Plus version. You can untick it and tick again to clear selected program. There should be caption text when prompting to select software to avoid misunderstandings.

That should cover most of reported issues from customers. This version shouldn’t affect audio performance comparing to version 6.9 so feel free to upgrade. There’s also few other things to check with Windows 10 and JPLAY/AudiophileOptimizer. It may take a while there’s some ideas I wanna try after Customize optimization level is lifted.

With orders from group purchase and some forgotten orders I found while rebuilding database, we reached 600th milestone sooner with help and support from dear customers. Now I’m launching this campaign from mobile so I’ll apologize in advance in case of possible mistakes.

Improved Fidelizer Update Notification System Announcement

Greetings everyone,

I’ve sent updated build of Fidelizer version 6.9 with new delivery platform to all customers now. As you can see, there’s the follow changes of new system as below:

1. Update notification message will be sent from backend application so some of customers may get duplicated messages during trials and errors before the announcement.
2. Everyone will receive the private repository for Fidelizer updates. This should resolve privacy issues in previous platform that other customers can see your name in the shared repository.
3. Package of the software now has version specified. You’ll receive future updates without losing previous version. Since storage is limited so I may preserve versioning up to specific revisions.

There’s a lot of hard work to get this done in 48hrs rebuilding database from Excel template and copy/paste dynamic hyperlink one by one. Let me know if you didn’t receive your private repository message or get a wrong ones so I can correct and resend it.
