Fidelizer’s Facebook situation

 in News

Yesterday Facebook suddenly suspended my personal account. I tried to verify my personal account through telephone number and got account disabled permanently. I spend all day searching for methods to recover account but no luck so far.

I considered leaving Facebook for good but realized I’m working with a technician who only use Facebook now so I signed up a new account to keep working with him. Today I decided to launch a new Page to provide news and support for Fidelizer users.

Right now there’s nothing on Facebook page yet as I’m still processing on what to do with Facebook and also future of Fidelizer. I’ll turn 40 this year and my focus about local and international market needs to be adjusted too.

For now Contact Us button that leads to Facebook Chat is finally working again. I setup to chat with my new personal account because it’s more flexible and allow files transfer better. Plus, we can also become audiophile friends rather than business support. 🙂

Introducing StreamPoint, the world’s first Wi-Fi solution engineered to complete your streaming experience

 in News

StreamPoint - Main

After finishing AirStream2 development, many clients are satisfied with how AirStream2 can help streaming reaching highend audio level enough to enjoy together with flagship CD player side by side. However, there’s still something amiss making streaming few steps behind CD.

We work on many projects after completion of Erawan flagship streamer such as Lira Network Station which is our best design product to put network switch and power supply together as an upgrade not compromise, Fidelizer cables designing Erawan flagship cables for USB and ethernet connection.

Today, we’d like to introduce StreamPoint as the missing link to complete your streaming experience. This product helped us feel like streaming can finally surpass CD for the first time with our clients after years of development.

StreamPoint - Application 1

Streaming is improving a lot from last 10 years with hires streaming platform, streamer, power supply, and network switch. However, most people still use mobile phone with standard Wi-Fi with low precision clock and noisy environment feeding network switch.

You can plug ethernet cable from network switch or router to StreamPoint and enjoy audiophile access point engineered with design to minimize jitter and latency to provide the best Wi-Fi solution to audiophiles as below:

-10/100Mbps fast ethernet connection to create 2.4GHz network with lowest possible noise and jitter in network
-Audiophile build quality with aluminum chassis protecting circuit from RFI with great reliability
-Barebone access point firmware stripping DHCP, Firewall, IPv6, Logging, WAN, etc. down to most basic forms.
-Circuit design with high precision clock and improved power regulation and RF filtering network
-Intensive research on router configuration and firmware optimizations with years of experience from Purist ROM projects
-USB port power design to use power directly from high quality streaming device for maximum cost efficiency

With major breakthroughs to advance network quality on Wi-Fi with StreamPoint, we can proudly say StreamPoint is a successor of AirStream and StreamHub so they become discontinued. We’ll move forward with designing and building our own solutions from ground up in future.

StreamPoint - Application 2

StreamPoint can also work as Client mode to bridge connection from StreamPoint access point to streaming device unit like infamous TP-Link’s client mode among audio communities. They work together with true bridge design without NAT so performance and reliability is even better.

And very good news is you can use two StreamPoint AP + Client units together as true plug and play solution. No configuration required at all. Just plug StreamPoint AP to network switch/router and StreamPoint Client to streaming device. That make Wi-Fi isolation so easy for audiophiles.

StreamPoint - Client

The product price will be $429 USD with 30-day money back guaranteed and free shipping until 30th June 2026. You can read more about StreamPoint Access Point product in details before ordering and happy listening. 🙂

Introducing Fidelizer Cables section featuring USB and Ethernet cables for streamers

 in News

Cables - Main

After completing Erawan flagship streamer product, the mission has become clear to me that Fidelizer won’t be able to deliver real sound experience without getting digital done right if most cables in market don’t follow industrial standards properly.

Digital isn’t just about coloration like analogue cables. Jitter is the most important aspect in time domain so designing digital cables that don’t follow industrial standards will cause unexpected issues related to jitter.

To address this issue and make sure Fidelizer streamers such as Erawan, Nimitra, and CoreStream will deliver real sound experience as envisioned, I decided to open Fidelizer cables section to distribute digital cables for these products as below.

CoreStream USB / CAT8 Cable

CoreStream - USB / CAT8 Cable

After successful launch of CoreStream streamer that can provide highend audio performance with Audirvana / JPLAY / Roon software for many customers worldwide, some people asked for suitable USB and ethernet cables for CoreStream too. So we designed cables with optimal sonic performance for CoreStream as below.

This is actually the first design as cables for Nimitra streamer before launching CoreStream. Since we found the most suitable design for Nimitra later, it’d be a shame to drop this cost effective design so we revised the design for CoreStream instead.

Conductors: 8 x 24AWG solid core pure copper
Finishing: Foil + Tinned copper with premium grade sleeving
Connector: Premium grade connectors
Standard length: 5ft (1.5m)

The MSRP price for CoreStream cable at standard length 5ft is US $169 with 30-day money back guarantee and one year product’s warranty. These cables are the best in its price point to use with Fidelizer CoreStream streamer.

Nimitra USB / CAT8.1 Cable

Nimitra - USB / CAT8.1 Cable

Nimitra streamer is our first and most accomplished product getting a lot of awards from professional media worldwide including Stereophile. We designed Nimitra cables with the similar principle as affordable yet can deliver performance as flagship quality level product.

We tested Nimitra cables with many flagship quality cables in our clients’ systems and make sure that Nimitra with these cables can deliver streaming experience that can scale wonderfully for our clients worldwide who use ultra highend systems too.

Conductors: 8 x 24AWG solid core pure copper
Finishing: 100% coverage Foil + Tinned copper with noise reduction high-end grade sleeving
Connector: High-end grade connectors
Standard length: 5ft (1.5m)
The MSRP price for Nimitra cable at standard length 5ft is US $499 with 30-day money back guarantee and one year product’s warranty. These cables are the best in its price point to use with Fidelizer Nimitra streamer.

Erawan USB / Fast Ethernet Cable

Erawan - USB / Fast Ethernet Cable

Erawan flagship streamer is our main reason why we decided to make cable products. At first, we intended to make only one cable design that can be used on both Nimitra and Erawan. However, there was one cost no objective design in our minds for almost 10 years too.

We considered it for a very long time and decided to believe in our gut feeling to build it. This has triple layer of finishing optimized to deliver the most transparent sound revealing every micro-detail. Ethernet cable is designed for 100mbps speed only for lowest noise floor.

Conductors: 4 x 22AWG solid core pure copper
Finishing: 100% coverage Foil + Tinned copper with teflon insulation and triple layer finishing (Carbon / FEP / PFA)
Connector: High-end grade connectors
Standard length: 5ft (1.5m)
The MSRP price for Erawan cable at standard length 5ft is US $1899 with 30-day money back guarantee and one year product’s warranty. These cables are the best with cost no objective design to use with Fidelizer Erawan flagship streamer.

Fidelizer USB / Ethernet cables follow industrial standards having matching impedance of cable and use professional connectors with years of research and testing to make sure they’re robust, secure, and deliver best experience and value.

You can order Fidelizer cable starting from $169 USD with 30-day money back guaranteed and free shipping until 30st April 2026. You can read more information about Fidelizer Cables in details before ordering and happy listening.

About Jay’s allegation

 in News

It all started from someone making a comment about his disappointment with a product he reviewed. Jay asked him why and others chipped in their comments.

Jay tried to suggested PEQ feature thinking it’ll resolve the issue. I read the comments and elaborated how quality beyond PEQ matters. Otherwise T8 wouldn’t exist.

However, Jay insisted on PEQ will resolve the matter and assume original commenter didn’t know how to use this feature leading to disappointment. I commented that as being entitlement.

I never criticized about Eversolo products myself and made my point clear how some old school audiophiles may not appreciate streamer products designed for modern audiophiles.

People can like different things. Some may like A or dislike B products. That’s preference and nothing is wrong with that. I also said I like the original Eversolo A6 model that uses OPA1642.

When he put clickbait $800 streaming DAC broke highend, some people will come to comment their disagreement. Some may become an audiophile with wisdom from cultivated decades.

The original comment has 3 other people who actually commented about Eversolo products. I only clarify how T8 will bring better transport quality and like the original A6 design with OPA1642.

I have been listening to music with Parametric Equalizer since Winamp era, still helped a few customers tweaking PEQ in Roon and others till this day.

He removed comments and blocked me making a false accusation. I don’t know if someone will believe my words but that’s what happened and I never lie, even to my customers to make sales.
