Just thought I’d let you know that everything is working and I do think the audio has improved.
Running through a Chord 2qute dac it sounds fantastic but im still to make up my find on wasapi or asio ???

I recommended WASAPI because every device can use it. ASIO is recommended if driver is available.
Good morning. Today I have good news for audiophiles who love highend audio show. I received news from MusiCHI developer about demonstrating his products in HXOS EIKONA SHOW 2016 event in Athens, Greece. Fidelizer will also participate in the show together with MusiCHI too.

I use a simple Lenovo laptop/Windows10 connected via USB to my dac (modified Bow ZZ8 CD-player); internet-connection via WLAN (LAN would be possible too); I use Qobuz-Desktop to stream from Qobuz most of my listeningtime; highres files stored on the laptop I play via foobar sometimes/seldom.
The laptop is used for audio only. So I’m over here.Stefan

Today I heard something that was beyond my understanding. There’s a customer who asked me to build USB interconnects using Nordost Valhalla cables for his CD ripping project with AK320 + AK Ripper. Sound quality is superb like no others that’s for sure. However, he told me some CDs he ripped contains sound from radio station near his house.
I was like…..seriously? That’s digital data transmission sending pulses of 0 and 1. If anything, it should be 0 and 1 pulses sending with jitter affected by interference. It shouldn’t be possible to technically record sound from radio frequency through CD ripping. And the cable is only 10cm, very darn too short to have anything to be affected like that.
Have you guys heard such case before? I’ve been ripping CD from many devices and never find such case like this.
