Fidelizer 7.6 released – Major updates for Windows 10 Annniversary Edition

 in News

After releasing 7.5 for a while, I received reports about Windows Store app has audio feature broken after using Fidelizer software. I looked into it and found new Windows 10 Anniversary has some changes that prevented audio feature from working with Fidelizer. We managed to fine workaround method and solved this issue.

As for free users, I also added compatibility with Steam/Origin games on higher user levels. This won’t be applied to Plus/Pro version since they’re mostly passionate audiophiles who don’t want to have any non-audio exceptions. Please let me know if you want Steam/Origin games support for Plus/Pro version.

I also fixed some I/O performance on higher user level related to security problems in some cases I found from music server project and improved compatibility with Tidal software.

Fidelizer Plus/Pro users should be received a mail about update and download link by now. If you somehow didn’t receive an update notification as I received some delivery failure message too, please contact me for an update with your customer data to verify.

Since we have over 1,900 licenses now so we can’t deliver all licenses in a single day with 1,000 sending limit per day. We made some changes to delivery platform to slowly send software update to customers. I also noticed some customers have yet to provide fidelizer.key data after asking a few times so please contact me back.

Nimitra Computer Audio Server receives Mono and Stereo’s Highly Recommended Product Award

 in Review

Today I have another great review about Nimitra Computer Audio Server to share with everyone. This is the third review for Nimitra and we received two awards consecutively. It’s a very positive review with mentions about products costing ten times more. 🙂

I’d love to share this moment as soon as I could but I was so busy with works as an instructor in AV Show, meeting up with Roon founder, and assisting Mr. Stirling Trayle with his works so it took me two days to have time to publish this great news.

There’s so many good things he wrote about Nimitra in his review. I’ll take bits from completed Fidelizer Nimitra Audio Server review and I recommend you to read the whole article as Mr. Matej Isak wrote with great enthusiastism.

With the new Obsidian album by Mika Sasaki, a 24bit/88kHz download from www.highresaudio.com, no extreme attention was needed to experience palpable difference between Nimitra and a typical computer based setup. The expansion of soundstage, transparency, and more detailed focus were repeatedly of no small portion. Nimitra managed to preserve balanced sound across a complete spectrum and a tonal balance much closer to reality. It just felt more complete and believable with Nimitra in action.

In my surprise, Mr. Matej Isak is a close friend to Mr. Enno Vandermeer, Roon and Sooloos founder whom I was going to meet right after publishing review on that day. You should see more updates about Roon 1.3 from Mono and Stereo soon as he’s testing Roon 1.3 with Nimitra right now. 🙂
