I really appreciate your suggestions and help. After installing the pro version of Fiderlizer, and with the v1903 build, it sounds significantly better than my previous setup. I am also using AO Optimizer and Jplay. The sound is richer and more solid now.

Windows 10 May 2019 Update (v1903) will be available officially soon and Fidelizer is fully compatible with this update as you can see from this feedback. 🙂
