Added testimonial from Neal

Here’s a new feedback today. He shared me his heartfelt testimonial how Fidelizer Pro can bring him closer to his reference system back then.

Thanks for the prompt responses. First off, the $69.95 for the pro version of Fidelizer was worth the investment for my audio system. I could hear the improvements in a subtle but significant way… blacker background, wider soundstage, more detail up and down the spectrum, more live presence, and better recording space ambiance. The music has more life and breath. It took me closer to my reference system of 20 plus years ago than at any time before, and at an affordable price.

That reference system consisted of: Sources – a VPI HW-19 Jr. turntable with a Rega tonearm and Grado cartridge , and a factory upgraded California Audio Labs ICON MKII CD player; Amplification – Music Reference RM-5 preamp with upgraded tubes, and 2 McCormack Power Drive DNA-1s; Speakers – a pair of floor standing Apogee Centaurus Slant 6s; Interconnects – Kimber Kable Silver Streaks; Speaker cable – 4 runs of Symo cable; Isolation – a JustARack equipment stand, and equipment spikes where needed; Power Conditioner – Audio Power Industries Power Wedge 116 and dedicated wall power.

I tell you this as a point of reference to my sonic sensibilities and the kind sound I strive for. This sound was seared into my soul in 1968 when I was still in High School and heard my very first “true” audiophile system. It was at a friend’s house. The song was Jimi Hendrix’s version of “All Along the Watchtower”, The system was a Dynaco ST70 tube amp, Dynaco PAS 3 tube preamp, pair of AR 2AX speakers, an AR XA turntable with a Shure V15 Type 2 cartridge. I can still hear the sound of that system in my head today.

My reference system is long gone, life can do that. My needs and wants today are vastly different then 20 years ago. Still, the sound I heard in 1968, in my reference system 20 years ago, are where my ears and heart are sonically today.

This is where your software comes in. I live in apartment and my financial priorities are different now. My system reflects that. I am a lifelong Grado fan, and my headphones are the SR 225Es. But I don’t always want to listen with my headphones. I need to be able to hear the music clearly at volumes that won’t make my neighbors upset. So my system now is the Schiit Audio Asagard 3 headphone amp/preamp, a Schiit Audio Bifrost Multibit DAC with their Gen 5 USB, V1 (bought used), an Adcom GFA 325 V1 power amp (bought used), a pair a Klipsch Reference R-51M Bookshelf speakers on metal stands, a Polk Audio PSW10 subwoofer, a beelink mini pc (bought used) and Wirewold interconnects and cables. The primary source music is from the Qobuz desktop app. We’re a long way pricewise, and other ways, from my original reference system. The current system sounded good, I enjoyed listening to it and I didn’t want to keep pouring more money into because of my other priorities. But I wanted to see if there were any tweaks that could be made without spending hundreds more. In researching Tidal, Qobuz and a few others, I started reading about software solutions. That’s when I read about yours. A very long story short, your software brought me closer to that old reference system than I thought was possible on my budget. I love listening to music, more than I have in many a year.

Kind Regards,
Neal

I’m happy to hear that Fidelizer Pro can bring him closer to his old reference system for more than he thought was possible on budget and happy listening. 🙂
